Because of the ways in which business is changing, brand-building is harder than ever. By looking at the increasingly rare successes of brands in the 21st century, we’ll learn more about how to adapt to this new environment, discover that today more than ever the classic rules of branding are about sustaining success rather than creating it and understand the real factors behind brand growth today.


Charlie is Head of Strategy at Vizeum UK, responsible for shaping the vision and strategic planning output of one of London’s biggest media agencies. Outside of helping brands such as IKEA, Camelot and AB InBev understand how media and communications can help them better grow their businesses, he was recently awarded the IPA’s President’s Prize for his work on their Excellence Diploma, and is currently writing a book on the history of branding, which will be published in the autumn of 2017.
