The Marketing Institute has partnered with the CX Academy to help bring forward Ireland’s first ever CX Masterclass, to run in Trinity College on Wednesday 7 September.

The CX Masterclass is aimed at marketers and small business owners who wish to learn how to differentiate their business via Customer Experience (CX) excellence. The class looks at how CX will help Irish companies to lock in customers for longer, and get them to happily sell on your behalf. You will learn what CX excellence looks like, as well as hear who is doing it brilliantly around the globe and here in Ireland. You will take away a tried and tested CX excellence framework to deliver into your business the very next day.

The masterclass is delivered by Michael Killeen, Chairman of CX Insights, which has been tracking Irish companies’ CX performance over the last two years, and Brian Waldron, founder of People First, Ireland’s foremost CX training company. We have negotiated discounts for Marketing Institute members.
