Join a select group of marketing leaders to share the insights gleaned from this survey, which has been conducted by the Marketing Institute and Alternatives.
Once again, we’ve had a terrific response from the marketing community, with over 1,000 practitioners completing the survey from a wide range of sectors, so the results are not only interesting but also statistically robust.
Obviously we cover off salary ranges, but we have also asked some key questions that point to sentiment in the market, skill sets in demand for future marketers, key factors for employee retention, career aspirations, anticipated longevity of service at each level, engagement levels, and market spend priorities in the coming year.
Our session last year proved very useful and sparked a lot of discussion among the group and I anticipate the same this year. The presentation of findings will take 20 minutes or so which will leave us with enough time to discuss the implications for marketing leaders.
