Join David Jago MINTEL'S world-class food and drink analyst, as he explores HOW THE FOOD INDUSTRY IS STRIVING TO WIN CONSUMER TRUST (this is part of MINTEL's 2017 Big Conversation European Roadshow).
It is not just politics and big business which people have trust issues with: the level of consumer trust in the food industry has been shaken, according to new Mintel data. This presentation explores the role of trust in the relationship between consumers and food and drink, and what brands can do to win it. We look at how packaging can convey a trustworthy appeal, and discuss alternative issues which are affecting trust, like expert opinion, Brexit and social media.
Gain insight and inspiration - engage in meaningful conversations and explore the potential for your business to grow.
In addition, David will summarise the top selling products by category for the last year across the Food & Drink industry, and will take a look at how Packaging supports claims of trust and provenance.
