Dental Care Ireland is a network of local, family focused dental practices across the country. A strong management team has been assembled and our aim is to continue to acquire existing high quality dental practices and grow and develop them into the future. The Company has an ambitious growth plan over the next five years and to date has acquired 12 high quality dental practices with more practices to be added to the group in the months and years ahead.

The Company operates a central support office to support its practices in Clontarf, Dublin 3 and is seeking to recruit a Marketing Executive/Office Administrator. This role may be suited to a recent graduate in marketing or a related discipline OR a candidate who is already employed in a similar role. As the organisation is still in relatively early stages, the successful candidate will be self-motivated, and be willing to show strong levels of initiative, creativity and flexibility.


Role Overview

Based in Clontarf, this role will report to the CEO and work in conjunction with the Operations and Accounts teams along with our external marketing agencies in co-ordinating the company’s various marketing activities. In addition to this, the role has an added general office administration aspect. There will be regular contact with the Practice Managers in each Dental Care Ireland practice. This is a dynamic and varied role which will require liaison with the senior team, the practices and external stakeholders.


Tasks and Responsibilities

Marketing Administration

  • Liaising with the company’s external social media, digital marketing and PR agencies on various day-to-day items and on larger company-wide marketing campaigns
  •  Managing and safeguarding the Dental Care Ireland brand across all platforms; internally and externally
  • Budget management to include monitoring ROI on marketing spend
  • Coordinating internal comms as it relates to staff newsletter content and co-ordination of social events for the company
  • Content creation for collateral, website, blogs etc
  • Updating website, blogs and arranging content, photos and bios etc- managing email enquiries from website/social media
  • Co-ordinating with graphic designer/print company and local practices
  • Overseeing regular email communications to patient base including regular newsletters
  • Researching and co-ordinating local promotional campaigns; advertising copy co-ordination /local sponsorship etc

*External Marketing Consultant will offer support and strategic direction in relation to the above items


General Office Administration

  • HQ office support – stationery ordering/facilities management /telephone answering /Powerpoint assistance/organising post & travel arrangements
  •  HR administration – placing recruitment ads, responding to general recruitment enquiries
  • Policies & procedures – Assisting in the creation of policy documents or standardised SOPs- clinical/operational/patient journey/complaints logs





A third level qualification in Business, Marketing or Graphic Design OR 2 years’ experience in a marketing role in a customer focused industry

Previous work experience in a healthcare or multi-site setting

Fluent in written and oral English

Project management experience

Highly computer literate with good working knowledge of web content management systems, specifically Wordpress, in addition toall MS Office products; Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Internet and mail, Google docs

Familiar with reporting & statistical compilation

Knowledge of social media for business purposes
