Leman Solicitors is looking to hire a Marketing Executive to join the Team. The Marketing Executive will predominantly support the Marketing Manager but will also provide additional support to the Finance and HR Manager. As a result, the role will cover a broad range of responsibilities in a fast- paced environment. Responsibilities will include:
Marketing & Business Development
Developing marketing materials and literature;
Implementing the Leman advertising strategy;
Event management support to include client entertainment;
Social media management; and
Assisting with CRM.
Assisting in accounts payable and accounts receivable functions;
Updating and reconciling sales, purchase and nominal ledger accounts;
Recording of income and receipts and reconciliation preparation;
Completing monthly reconciliations of the firm’s accounts; and
Performing monthly and quarterly bank reconciliations.
Providing administrative support to HR function; contracts, handbook, performance reviews, education, training & development.
Ensuring that the firm adheres to ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards.

Third level qualification essential, qualification in business or marketing an advantage;
Strong writing skills essential for creating brochures, presentations, writing for the web and social media;

Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Hard working self-starter with high motivation and the ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team;
Ability to manage time and prioritise;
Organisational capability and high levels of personal effectiveness; and
Strong IT capability, in particular advanced MS Word, Excel, & Outlook skills, and the ability to work efficiently with multiple systems of information.
