The Role

Leman Solicitors is looking to hire a Marketing Executive to join the Team. The Marketing Executive will predominantly support the Marketing Manager but will also provide additional support to the Finance and HR Manager. As a result, the role will cover a broad range of responsibilities in a fast- paced environment. Responsibilities will include:


Marketing & Business Development

*      Developing marketing materials and literature;

*      Implementing the Leman advertising strategy;

*      Event management support to include client entertainment;

*      Social media management; and

*      Assisting with CRM.



*      Assisting in accounts payable and accounts receivable functions;

*      Updating and reconciling sales, purchase and nominal ledger accounts;

*      Recording of income and receipts and reconciliation preparation;

*      Completing monthly reconciliations of the firm’s accounts; and

*      Performing monthly and quarterly bank reconciliations.


Human Resources

*      Providing administrative support to HR function; contracts, handbook,  performance reviews, education, training & development.

*      Ensuring that the firm adheres to ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards.

Beyond this, there are a number of knowledge and experience requirements for the role:

*      Third level qualification essential, qualification in business or marketing an advantage;

*      Strong writing skills essential for creating brochures, presentations, writing for the web and social media;

*      Attention to detail;

*      Multitasker with a general can-do attitude;

*      Strong communication and interpersonal skills; 

*      Hard working self-starter with high motivation and the ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team;

*      Ability to manage time and prioritise;

*      Organisational capability and high levels of personal effectiveness; and

*      Strong IT capability, in particular advanced MS Word, Excel, & Outlook skills, and the ability to work efficiently with multiple systems of information.
