BIOGRAPHY - David Field, Non-Executive Director
With 17 years’ experience in the marketing industry, David has been Marketing Director at Brown Thomas since January 2014. Prior to joining the luxury retailer he led the repositioning strategy at Eason where he was Head of Marketing, eCommerce and Innovation for almost four years. Under his guidance, Eason transformed and modernised as the almost 200 year old brand introduced a loyalty programme, online initiatives and a rebrand across the business. Prior to that, David was Director of Retail Operations and Marketing at Fresh, the good food market, for two and a half years. He has also worked with Glanbia and spent six and a half years at Superquinn in a number of positions across Project Management, Category Management and Business Development Management. David holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Entrepreneurial Studies from the Smurfit School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts from University College Dublin.
