Dillon Branagan, Events Executive
Dillon started in MII as an events intern, and did so well that we kept him on board after he graduated last year. He now works as part of the events team where he looks after the Marketing Breakfast series, liaises with the team in Cork and more. As the youngest member of the MII team, Dillon is bringing a fresh spin on events!
Marie-Therese Campbell, Media And Events Manager
Marie-Therese manages our events including DMX Dublin, the All Ireland Marketing Awards and the CMO Summit. She’s also the go-to person for media enquiries and for advertisers seeking to reach our marketing community through our various channels including event sponsorship. She leads the Marketing Institute’s events team with dedication to ensure events are delivered to the highest standards.
Monica Hallinan, Events Executive
Monica joined the Institute in 2013 to help with events administration and now looks after entries in the All Ireland Marketing Awards, the annual AIM Awards gala night and invitations to our member-only CMO Summit. Monica is a real team player and does a lot to ensure the atmosphere in our office is always positive and upbeat!
Tara Holland, Membership Development Manager
Tara joined MII after a 20-year career in Financial Services Marketing both in Ireland and abroad. She looked after the rollout of our very successful Corporate Partnership programme and now leads the membership team. Tara is a fierce advocate of what we do in the Institute and believes that anyone working in Marketing in Ireland should be either a student, personal or corporate member of the Marketing Institute of Ireland!
Ailish Hollingsworth, Training Coordinator
Ailish is the Institute's Training Coordinator and ensures the smooth and effective functioning of our training offering including our Executive Diploma and renowned strategy courses. She is the go-to person for all things training and makes sure students are getting the most out of each course. She’s also the undisputed best cook in the office!
Rose Ellen Kavanagh, Membership Executive
Rose Ellen is our longest-standing team member, having celebrated 20 years with the Institute last year. She started in education and is now our membership executive. Marketing Institute members are in good hands with Rose, as she ensures that they consistently get the most out of their membership, and that they are always happy! She also manages the Qualified Marketer Examinations in various colleges in Ireland.
Mary Kennedy, Financial Controller
Mary is the Financial Controller for the Marketing Institute and the contact point for all queries relating to Finance. Results-driven with high standards of commercial and financial excellence, Mary is also a key motivational team player in the MII office. She takes to heart our team’s happiness and is the driver of many MII team activities.
Alison McKenna, Senior Events Executive
With a BSc in Event Management, Alison's diverse skillset spans across Events, Sales and Marketing at The Institute. Alison joined the team in 2014 to work on the Institute's busy events calendar and quickly progressed to assist with events marketing and communications. She is known within the team for her boundless creativity and the passion she instils in all of her work.
Cecilia McLernon, Corporate Partnership Coordinator
Cecilia looks after the Institute’s long list of corporate partners. Having worked in the events team for years, she is a recognisable face to all regular events attendees. A jack-of-all-trades, Cecilia also looks after the day-to-day management and administration of the office, and is recognised as "the glue that holds it all together".
Gaëlle Robert, Marketing Communications Executive
Gaëlle joined the Marketing Institute in November 2016. A Marketing Honours graduate from Dublin Business School, her experience spans across the tech, advertising and printing industries. With a passion for writing and all things creative, Gaëlle looks after the Institute’s marketing communications - including newsletters, blog and social media.
