Deirdre Watters, Head of Communications at the Department of Health will discuss the Department’s response to the Covid-19 pandemic and how they utilised agile research methodologies and ways of working to adapt to the ever-changing context. Deirdre will be joined by Kay McCarthy, CEO at MCCP who will discuss how MCCP worked with the Department of Health to deliver agility on this project.
