Ciaran was a Director of IBEC from 2001 to 2005 and a director of the Food and Drink Federation in IBEC from 1993 to 2001.

Peter Paul Coppes is the Senior Dairy Analyst within the RaboResearch Food & Agribusiness Europe team. He built his experience at two dairy cooperatives, FrieslandCampina and Fonterra, along with a short stint at DE Masterblenders (Douwe Egberts/Sara Lee). Between 1998 and 2012, he held various finance director/managing director roles in five countries spread over three different continents. Prior to joining Rabobank, Peter Paul led a dairy start-up called smart | dairy and performed several consultancy assignments. He holds a master's in Business Administration, a post-doc in Controlling, and an Executive MBA from INSEAD.

Larry has been a market researcher for almost 30 years, and with Behaviour & Attitudes since 1997. He is one of the MBO team that bought the agency, Ireland's leading independent, from its original founders. He joined B&A from Diageo/Guinness. He is the company representative to the International Research Institutes (www.irisnetwork.org), B&A’s global network which spans 35 countries, and served on its board for almost 10 years. Larry is a former council member of the Marketing Society & the International Research Institutes and is a graduate of UCD with a Commerce degree and a post grad in Marketing Practice.
