Fergal is Commercial Director for Just Eat in Ireland. He joined Just Eat in July 2016. Just Eat is one of Ireland’s fastest growing, most exciting and dynamic technology companies. Just Eat is Ireland’s leading takeaway delivery service connecting over 2100 restaurants and over 40 different cuisine types with customers throughout the country. The Just Eat app has been downloaded over 1,000,000 times since it launched in October 2013, it is the number 1 app under ‘Food & Drink’ in the App Store in Ireland and has been consistently since launch. As commercial director Fergal has been responsible for the addition of such brands as Eddie Rockets, Chopped, Milano, GBK, Burger King and KFC to the platform. 

 

 

Áine Plunkett, Lead Marketing Manager, SSE Airtricity

 

Áine Plunkett is Lead Marketing Manager for SSE Airtricity, providers of 100% green electricity, natural gas and essential services to homes and businesses across Ireland. Áine joined SSE Airtricity in October 2006 as a Senior Marketing Executive and assumed the role of Marketing Operations Manager in February 2011 where she was involved in implementing various customer experience strategies throughout the business. Since then she has worked across as number of functions within the marketing department and has been integral to continued growth of SSE within the Irish market, recently heading up the new brand position “This is Generation Green” campaign for the SSE Airtricity business in Ireland.

 

Ingrid Cray, Head of One to One Marketing, Ulster Bank

 

 

Ingrid is an accomplished marketing professional with over 18 years’ experience in the financial sector across a number of financial institutions. She joined Ulster Bank in August 2010 as their Marketing & Communications Manager and was appointed Head of One to One Marketing in November 2016.  

In this role she is accountable for delivering targeted and personalised customer campaigns through multi channel communications with relevant messages to help customers manage their finances more effectively. These campaigns range across business strategic, customer acquisition, customer retention, engagement and below the line activities and aim to build loyalty and brand relevance with our customers whilst increasing product holdings to generate return on investment for the bank.

Her ultimate goal is to deliver highly effective and personalised customer campaigns leveraging cross sell strategies as part of a One to One Marketing Strategy”.
