We return for the seventh Marketing Breakfast of the 2019 series in Fire Restaurant on Wednesday 23rd of October in partnership with MCCP and in association with The Conference and Events Venue. This month we will be joined by Gráinne Morrison, Head of Brand Value & Innovation at Dublin Airport, who will be discussing 'The Art of Transformation - Winning in a World of Relentless Change'.

Grainne Morrison will discuss Dublin Airport's transformation journey and the establishment of The Future Factory, Dublin Airports Innovation Lab. She will be joined by Richard O'Donnell, MCCP's Innovation Director, who will follow up with a set of recommendations to build effective innovation capabilities within large organisations.




Gráinne Morrison Head of Brand Value & Innovation, Dublin Airport

Gráinne has spent seven years within the Commercial team at Dublin Airport. Most of Gráinne’s career has been spent in marketing and communications roles but with a hunger for numbers she joined Dublin Airport’s Commercial team in 2012. She has worked in Car Parks and Dublin Airport Travel Services, where she lead the transformation of the company’s crown jewel of services, Platinum Services - Dublin Airport’s 24 hour private VIP terminal. Gráinne’s most recent position in the commercial team sees her lead and develop two key commercial business functions for Dublin Airport- The Future Factory & Media sales.


Richard O'Donnell Innovation & Strategy Director, MCCP

Richard started with the MCCP in 2017 as a senior strategist. Prior to joining MCCP, Richard spent 8 years working in management consulting namely within Accenture & a leading boutique strategy consultancy. In Accenture, Richard led brand strategy & digital innovation in The Dock, Accenture's digital innovation centre. Richard lectures in Strategy Marketing (Level 8) for the Communications & Management Institute & was an active social entrepreneur in Ireland having started Peacebuilders International with the aim of reducing the number of youth in our justice system.
