With a combined following of tens of thousands across TikTok and Instagram\, she now works full-time as an influencer and user-generated content (UGC) creator\, previously based in Bali. Lexi is now the Creative Director of brand Bound Apparel brand Bound Apparel\, collaborating on collections\, helping shape the brand’s campaigns and product shoots. \nSeamus Leahy \nSeamus is a Cork-based sales and marketing professional\, lecturer\, and business consultant with over two decades of industry experience. He is currently an Assistant Lecturer in Marketing at University College Cork\, while also working as a freelance Sales and Marketing Specialist and consultant. Over his career\, he has held senior leadership roles including Executive Director of Sales and Marketing at The Fota Collection and Co-Founder of Invite Resorts\, where he has led major brand launches\, international campaigns\, and large-scale tourism initiatives. Alongside his industry work\, he has lectured in strategic marketing\, sales and buyer behaviour for both UCC and the Irish Academy of PR\, combining practical experience with academic insight. \nSusan Kingston-Brown  \nSusan is a global media and marketing executive with over two decades of international leadership experience. She is currently Global Brand President at UM Worldwide\, having previously served as President of UM EMEA\, CEO International\, and Chief Product Officer for the region. With a combined following of tens of thousands across TikTok and Instagram\, she now works full-time as an influencer and user-generated content (UGC) creator\, previously based in Bali. Lexi is now the Creative Director of brand Bound Apparel brand Bound Apparel\, collaborating on collections\, helping shape the brand’s campaigns and product shoots. \nSeamus Leahy \nSeamus is a Cork-based sales and marketing professional\, lecturer\, and business consultant with over two decades of industry experience.
