Job Description:

An excellent opportunity has arisen within JJ Rhatigan for a highly motivated, focused, and ambitious professional to help deliver the company’s marketing and communication strategy.

Working as part of a dynamic team, this is a new role within a growing, collaborative marketing communications function with a key remit to support the marketing needs of the business.

Professional Experience:

  • Demonstrated success in day-to-day marketing and internal/ external communications activity- B2B experience is an advantage
  • Experience in integrated corporate and employer brand marketing and communications
  • Experience in digital marketing and content creation
  • Experience in research and presentation of information in a succinct manner via written format
  • Experience in media monitoring, campaign evaluation and reporting
  • Experience in business development administration, including lead generation and use of CRM systems a plus


Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of the construction industry, especially the prequalification and tender and bid writing process, is an advantage
  • Strong digital marketing skills, including proficiency in SEO, social media, and online advertising
  • Expert knowledge in Microsoft Office
  • Experience using the Adobe Creative Suite for day-to-day presentations and content creation is a plus
  • An understanding of advertising and media buying processes
  • Project management skills for overseeing campaigns and initiatives
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging
  • Ability to measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
  • Video editing experience is a desirable asset but not essential
  • The ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a communications and marketing role
