Courses can be constructed from scheduled MII training topics, or additional training topics can be designed per request of the corporate client.

The customisation ensures alignment with individual- and team performance objectives and with the overall goals and strategy of the company. As the corporate client you can be as involved in course design as desired.
Five stages of course development meetings are recommended and included as part of the process:
Stage 1: Initial programme scoping call with MII.
Stage 2: Selection of expert from our panel of academic and industry trainers to match the company needs from the scoping call.
Stage 3: Course content briefing with learning client, expert trainer and MII contact. Content can be amended, removed, edited as appropriate.
Stage 4: Final sign-off call with learning client, expert trainer and MII contact two weeks in advance of the start of the programme.
Stage 5: MII will facilitate a post-course review meeting where you will get an opportunity to discuss the course effectiveness and provide us with feedback and testimonials.
