I am motivated by leading & empowering diverse teams to design & deliver missions against the odds for accelerated growth. I relish the difficult problems others avoid and have the tenacity to deliver business growth solutions, inspiring stakeholders to be brave and their teams to deliver and enjoy the ride. I have honed my leadership, interpersonal, communication and organizational skills shaped as much by being a mum of 4 kids as by navigating the global corporate world successfully as a senior leader in The Coca-Cola System. I am now bringing my skills & experiences to a variety of client organisations designing business growth strategies, exploring & implementing culture change programmes and mentoring the next generation of leaders. Ever curious, I am a graduate of TCD with a BA in Economics & Business. I completed a Digital Accelerator programme at Stanford University and have a Diploma in Company Direction from the IoD. I'm a proud Fellow of both The Marketing Institute of Ireland and The Marketing Society [London] and a former Chair of the Irish Beverage Council [IBEC].
