I am a Strategy, Change and Innovation Leader with experience across media, digital, innovation and AI. I spent eight years in Ireland’s media sector and now work with organisations to strengthen capability, embed new ways of working and deliver structured, people-centred change.

My portfolio combines organisational change, operating model design, programme delivery and responsible adoption of emerging technologies. I work with leadership teams to build clarity, align on priorities and develop practical ways to adopt AI that are secure, transparent and grounded in good governance.

Alongside consulting, I design and deliver AI training programmes for teams, helping people build confidence with new tools and integrate them into daily workflows. I also lecture on AI governance and the EU AI Act at Trinity Business School and co-author national reports exploring Ireland’s use of AI.

I partner with organisations across the public, private and non-profit sectors and serve on the Board of the Dublin Dance Festival.
