I founded NDAS in 2024 with a view to working with organisations to help sharpen their story, strengthen their strategy, and align brand, culture, and communications — all to deliver practical, effective results tied directly to strategic objectives.

Today, I work with smart colleagues, a very strong network and ambitious clients across sectors including Financial Services, Energy, Healthcare, Public Sector, Construction, and Non-Profit. From fast-moving scale-ups to long-established leaders. Current and recent clients include Re-turn, Fordel, Laya Healthcare, Xcentuate, Ergo, Exemplar, Chadwicks Group, An Post, RKD and Teneo Ireland.

That work builds on 35+ years of experience in Brand, Communications, Culture, and Marketing Strategy — helping organisations connect meaningfully with their audiences and their people. The teams I’ve built (and have been lucky to work with) have won 95+ awards across all related disciplines. I’ve been honoured with ‘Marketing Team of the Year’ at the All-Ireland Marketing Awards with two different organisations — a unique achievement — and received a Grand Prix and two Golds at the AdFx Awards for effectiveness.

I’m a founding member of the Effie Ireland Steering Group, chaired a final judging panel for the 2024 and 2025 Effie Ireland Awards, and also served as a judge at European-level Effies. I’ve held the role of Honorary Treasurer at The Marketing Society of Ireland and acted as independent adjudicator for the ICAD Awards. I’m a Fellow of the Marketing Institute of Ireland (FMII), hold an MSc in Business Administration from Trinity College Dublin, and have completed the INSEAD Competitive Strategy Programme. I’m also a qualified Director (IoD), a Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA), and recently earned a Distinction in the UCD Artificial Intelligence for Business Diploma.

Alongside advisory work, I’ve been a guest lecturer in Marketing at Trinity College Dublin, UCD Smurfit Graduate Business School, and DIT.
