Webinar: Brand survival in the now economy

Marketing Breakfast Series 2020 – Creating Better Business with MCCP

The Marketing Breakfast Series – Creating Better Business with MCCP is back, but in a virtual setting! The Marketing Institute would love you to join our Live Webinar presentation with Kay McCarthy, CEO at MCCP on Brand survival in the now economy.

In these uncertain and difficult times for all, we in MCCP are continuously adapting to this (now). As a team we are working to bring our research, strategy, culture and innovation expertise to our client’s business in a focused and pragmatic way. We understand right now, the most important thing we can do is talk and listen. MCCP’s founding ethos is built around insight that impacts. Every day we are listening deeply to clients, to consumers and to the industry to unearth insight. Now more than ever we believe it is truly important for businesses to be listening at a much deeper level to their customers in order to better serve their real needs in this time of crisis. Over the next few days, we will be hosting online groups with consumers from all over Ireland to listen deeply to their thoughts, feeling and concerns. We want to help clients meet consumers where they are truly at.

CEO at MCCP

Kay McCarthy

Kay McCarthy started her own business in the midst of the economic downturn in 2008. She has worked in and with some of the biggest businesses in the world and understands the bravery required as well as the potential rewards of zigging when everyone else is zagging. Kay’s experience in brand and business strategy came from her time in McCann global and Diageo, among many others, and enabled her to see a gap in how the market was being serviced by agencies. Brands were in need of independent strategic direction and Kay set about forming a research, strategy, innovation and culture agency, to meet this need.

She has worked on some of the most iconic brands in Ireland, from the Wild Atlantic Way to Orchard Thieves, from Education in Ireland to breast Check. Kay is an expert in brand and communications, and how to bring business and consumer together to make business better.
