Celebrating Ireland’s Premier Marketers

The 2024 Marketing Institute Ireland All Ireland Marketing (AIM) Awards have concluded. Congratulations to all of the winners across the 23 award categories!

2024 Winners

To win an AIM is a company wide accolade and not just about the Marketing Team. It raises the profile of the business and really is the epitome of “team work”; with lots of finger prints from across the company to deliver the compelling and resounding results. It is a wonderful reward for all the hard work done

Why should I enter the MII AIM Awards?

Recognition

It stands to reason that if the MII AIM Awards are the most prestigious in the country, then bringing one home to the business is the highest accolade for you, your team and the business. There is only one winner in each category, so the competition is tough, highlighting again the competitiveness and professionalism of you and your colleagues. An MII AIM Award is also recognised and prized outside your organisation and a sign of your expertise in marketing.

Personal and Business Brand Enhancement

Being associated with, shortlisted and or winning an MII AIM Awards is an opportunity to highlight your personal brand and that of your company. There is a significant amount of media exposure that comes with being shortlisted and or
winning an MII AIM Award and this is amplified further through our social media engagement, blogs or newsletters.

Increased Credibility / Seal of Approval

An MII AIM Award win or shortlisting is the national industry body endorsement of you and your business and an independent validation of your expertise and
excellence in the marketing profession.

Level the Playing Field

The MII AIM Awards are open to companies of all sizes and categories and the judging is designed to create a level playing field regardless of size of company or budget. Our emphasis is on recognising and rewarding the core competencies of the professional marketer, including strategy, insight and innovation.

Employee Motivation and Talent Attraction

The MII AIM Awards are the perfect opportunity to recognise the great work of you, your colleagues and your team. When the team are recognised nationally and by their peers for their work, it boosts morale, motivation and engagement. An MII AIM Award also highlights the high standard of your marketing practice and helps to attract new and outstanding talent as well as differentiating your company from the
competition.

Exposure and Networking

The MII AIM Awards offer multiple opportunities to network and meet with your professional peers, from our launch event on December 7 th when we will meet the Chairman of the jury, to informal discussions at various breakfast events over the next 6 months, to the sell-out gala dinner in May 2024. It’s the perfect opportunity to network while your success is celebrated.

Internal Recognition

Sometimes as marketers, our contributions can go unrecognised within the wider business functions. This is your chance to show your board of directors, your manager and your wider team that you are ranked at the very top of the marketing profession in Ireland.

Benchmarking

There is an incredibly high standard at the MII AIM Awards, with only one winner in each category and no second place. The time and effort invested in the application process is an opportunity to look at your business from a different perspective. Articulating how you stand out from the competition, when your competitors come from many different fields and industries, can help you gain a whole new perspective on your challenges and your strategies for success.
