Claire Hyland
Moderator
Claire Hyland is a board member of Thinkhouse and heads up The Youth Lab, Thinkhouse’s Insights, Strategy and Planning division. The Youth Lab team investigates, decodes and translates youth culture, helping brands, businesses, and organisations to better understand and connect with 16-35 year olds.
With over 17 years’ experience in insight-led future-focused thinking, Claire has previously held senior planning and strategy roles in agencies in London, New York and Dublin, helping global innovation and marketing teams, and senior business executives to future-proof and realign their strategies to embrace ‘the next gen consumer’.
Claire is also a seasoned lecturer, moderator and interviewer, hosting panels of young people and industry representatives to inspire and educate audiences, both online and offline. She is an advocate for more equal and sustainable economies and societies, believing in the need to re-define wellbeing metrics for youth people including the re-imagination of GDP to drive a greater distribution of wealth to the next generation.

Account Manager, THINKHOUSE
Fin O’Callaghan
Fin joined Thinkhouse as part of the Media Relations and Advocacy team in August 2018 as an account executive. Prior to this, Fintan spent four years working in the fashion industry managing one of Cork City’s longest established streetwear institutions, Primetime Clothing.
Coming from a fashion retail background, Fin has a wide range of expertise that covers PR and communications, social media management, copywriting, retail customer experience, wholesale buying, merchandising and experiential marketing.
Having spent his first year in Thinkhouse working on the PR team, Fin now employs his skillset on our Client Service team working as an Account Manager with brands such as Jameson, Heineken (Rugby, Music, 0.0%), Lifestyle Sports, Electric Ireland, Unilever & innocent among many more. Aside from his endeavours in the world of fashion marketing, Fintan also has a deep rooted passion for all things sport, health and fitness. To complement his vast knowledge of the sports and fitness industry, Fin holds a diploma in Sport & Exercise Science.
Fin also holds an honours degree from UCC in Social Science

Market Activation Assistant, Irish Distillers
Izette Kelly
Born to a Swedish mother and an Irish father in Stockholm Sweden, Izette Kelly moved from Sweden to France to the US before moving solo to Ireland to start the college course Global Business & French at Dublin City University. She spent 2 years of her college course in Dublin and 2 years in Reims, France prior to beginning her journey on the Jameson Graduate Programme.
Izette is currently in her 3rd year on the graduate programme. She spent her first year in Lyon, France where one of her big wins was organising Jameson’s presence at the Lyon Beer Festival and has spent the last year in Dublin on the International Marketing Team supporting global brand strategy in markets such as LATAM and Canada.
Izette loves learning about new cultures, 00s hip hop music and is excited about furthering her career in marketing.

Brand Manager, Barry’s Tea
Stella Sweetnam
Stella Sweetnam is the Brand Manager with Barry’s Tea, Ireland’s much loved Tea Brand. Stella has worked on key projects for the brand since she started back in January 2019. The most influential projects she has been involved in are the ‘Sisters’ TV advert created by Thinkhouse, a packaging redesign for the main range of teas and a launch of their new Infusions range- Night Time, Matcha, Turmeric and Purity alongside managing the social media accounts. Prior to her role in Barry’s Tea, Stella worked with Keeling’s in North Co. Dublin working on key events, category development and managed the marketing for the foodservice element of the business. Stella holds an MSc in Marketing from Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School where she developed and presented strategies for The Irish Times newspaper as part of her key outputs. As part of her undergraduate studies, Stella completed a four year degree in horticulture , receiving a BSc in Land Management Horticulture before diverging into the area of marketing.
