Lauren Fahy
Lauren is a senior talent acquisition professional and has been with Alternatives for nine years, managing both contract and permanent senior marketing positions across all sectors. Key to her role is building relationships with marketing tribe – super marketers looking for their next career challenge, and businesses seeking this talent for their growth. Lauren believes it’s important to build personal relationships – getting to know our tribe’s key skill sets, but also what their career ambitions and personal interests are. It’s truly fascinating meeting and reconnecting with marketers – every day is different!
Some recent successful assignments that Lauren has placed include Head of Marketing (Retail Banking), Consumer Insights Manager (FMCG), Internal Communications Manager (Utilities) and Retail Marketing Manager (Travel) amongst others.
Lauren holds a Masters in Advertising from TU Dublin ( previously DIT) and a BA in Politics & Writing from Loyola University in Baltimore, USA. After completing the Masters in 2007, Lauren worked in the client service department of two ad agencies here in Dublin – Rothco and Bloom. Prior to moving to Dublin, she spent four years with a NYC media company planning broadcast campaigns and began her career on Capitol Hill as a legislative intern for Hillary Rodham Clinton.

Sandra is a graduate of DCU International Marketing and Languages. Before Alternatives she spent 16 years in senior international marketing roles in Dublin, Barcelona, Belgium and Paris, working for iconic Irish brands such as Kerrygold and Jameson.
Sandra was also privileged to be a previous EY Entrepreneur of the Year finalist and a joint recipient of the Image/Sunday Times Female Entrepreneur of the Year.
