We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Business Administrator to work closely with founder and owner Marie Brouder and the team in supporting the delivery of tourism and hospitality projects.
This is a key role at the centre of the business, ensuring projects stay on track and are delivered to a high standard.
This is a hands-on, varied role suited to someone who is highly organised, enjoys managing multiple tasks, keeping projects on track, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across a busy marketing environment. You will assist the team in projects running smoothly from start to finish.

We’re looking for someone who takes ownership, is naturally organised, and enjoys getting things done. You’ll be comfortable managing multiple priorities, spotting what needs attention, working on your own initiative and as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Experience in administration is essential. Experience in tourism, hospitality and marketing would be an advantage.

Overview
- Support the coordination and delivery of client projects, tracking timelines and ensuring deadlines are met. Liaise with project consultants.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and maintain project files and systems.
- Update client websites (content uploads, edits, formatting). Training provided.
- Liaise with suppliers and manage print materials, signage, and collateral through to delivery. Track budget spend.
- Assist with event and campaign planning, logistics, and on-site delivery as required. Advance notice will be provided for onsite requests.
- Monitor communications and ensure timely responses across projects.
- Identify issues early and escalate where needed.
