MII and MTU Present: User Generated Content – The Future of Brand Advocacy

March 12th @ 18:00 - 20:00

€15.00 – €25.00

MII Cork have announced their next event, User Generated Content – The Future of Brand Advocacy, on March 12th at Republic of Work. This is the second annual collaboration between MII and MTU and is hosted and organised in association with third year MTU Marketing students who have played a key role in bringing the event together.

Kicking off at 6pm, the event is open to members and non-members and will feature a panel of thought leaders discussing the role of user generate content in marketing today, how to develop it in the current landscape, and how it is going to shape the future of the industry. Following networking  during a drinks reception sponsored by Kinsale Gin, dive into the world of UGC with our amazing panel featuring industry experts:

  • Emma Coffey – Founder of Final Bend and UGC.ie
  • Dev Skeehan – Content Creator
  • Sheana Baker Casey – Market Planning Manager at Primark

The topic and format of the event was one of many submitted by students as part of their Event Management and Promotion module, and it was the “User Generated Content- The Future of Brand Advocacy” concept that was the proposal chosen to be developed into an event, managed, and led by the winning students themselves.
