Meet Our Expert Speakers and Panellists: 

Patrick Kennedy is the Global Head of Scaled Measurement, having worked in ads measurement across Meta and Pinterest for the past 7+ years. He’s currently focused on measurement thought leadership at Pinterest, providing guidance to global advertisers on their measurement strategies in a post-cookie environment. He’s managed measurement teams across different EMEA markets, with hands-on experience with some of Europe’s largest brands to support their ads measurement challenges. Prior to this, he spent 6 years in market research, including 4 years at Amarach Research under the guidance of MII board member Gerard O’Neill!   

Conor has been a Client Account Manager at Pinterest for three years, working on the UK & Ireland Retail team. He primarily works with large performance advertisers, helping them to execute full-funnel strategies on the platform. Before Pinterest, Conor spent eight years at Leinster Rugby as the head of digital, managing paid and organic social media activity, the Leinster Rugby website, app, email marketing, as well as pumping the odd rugby ball. 

Kate is currently freelance consultant for C-level on topics such as business proposition, data strategy and organisational operations. Ex-Head of Marketing Science at Meta App EMEA and equipped with an executive MBA, she also over twelve years of experience across Tech, Finance and Gaming in various analytics and data science roles with a focus on sales, marketing and customer value. Her expertise lies in gaming and marketing science by driving forward the data-driven measurement, performance and signals strategies of sophisticated consumer tech brands.
