The salary scale for this role is €81,192 – €96,231; with Long Service increments of LSI1: €99,333 & LSI2: €102,438.

In this role, you will deliver the annual Bloom implementation plan to budget and achieve visitor and exhibitor KPIs.  This role also serves to build the Global Hub as a brand home for Food Brand Ireland and Bord Bia, ensuring best in class in-house events.

What you’ll do

  1. Working closely with the Head of Bloom and Brand Partnerships in the execution of Bloom annual and multi-annual project management plans, through engaging, influencing and agreeing with cross functional and inter agency teams in the yearlong and multiannual cycle commitments for Bloom.
  2. Manage the project management plan of scheduled work delivered by external and internal teams across operations, content, B2B and B2C campaign, and website and digital channel execution.
  3. Manage the dashboard and reporting for project execution and generate insights for continuous improvement of Bord Bia Bloom. Including the development of presentations for Senior Stakeholder communications.
  4. Liaise with sector teams and contractors to ensure the smooth management of key stakeholder activations at Bloom.
  5. Engage the International Graduate as part of the Talent Academy training programme in prioritisation, monitoring and owning the delivery of project outputs and personal development plan.
  6. Monitoring budget and tracking event expenditure and income for Bord Bia Bloom reporting support with the preparation and attendance at Sponsorship meetings.
  7. Liaise with relevant team members to update Bloom content and marketing collateral in line with requirements.
  8. Co-ordinate an annual plan for the activation of the Global Hub as a brand home for Food Brand Ireland and Bord Bia. To include leading on supporting, guiding and training staff to deliver best in class in-house events, underpinned by defined standard operating procedures.
  9. Manage assigned budgets in accordance with One Bord Bia procedures.
