Your role

The Transitions Category & Insight Team is looking for a Global Category & Portfolio Manager to influence and inform strategic decision making.

The penetration of dynamic lenses among total lenses is still undeveloped versus this category potential, this is why it is crucial to raise the awareness of the consumer needs and to preserve and protect the premiumness of Transitions’ brand and products.

Within the company there is a growing demand for consumer & data-oriented insights to inform category and brand strategy as well as wider business decisions. The role of Global Category & Portfolio Manager will be to support the development and delivery of category assets, category claims and key transversal Category & Innovation Development projects. The Global Category & Portfolio Manager will need to collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to integrate their insights (e.g. R&D Sciences and Innovation team). This role also has the responsibility of educating internally and externally on the category & portfolio positioning and strategy.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain significant experience working within a high impact (even if small) global team of internal leadership advisers composed of consumer insights and business intelligence experts.
