How to Add Your MII Certification to LinkedIn
Step 1: Add Your Certification to Your Profile
- Log in to LinkedIn & go to your profile page
- Click “Add section” → “Recommended” → “Add licenses & certifications”
Step 2: Enter Your Certification Details
Name:
MII Senior National Marketing Competency Framework Certificate OR
MII Executive National Marketing Competency Framework Certificate
Issuing Organisation:
Marketing Institute Ireland
(Select from the dropdown so it links to our official page) [Note: ensure the correct MII is selected from the dropdown]
Issue Date:
[Month, Year awarded]
3 years prior to Valid To date on certificate.
Expiration Date:
[Month, Year awarded]
As shown on certificate e.g. VALID TO DEC 2029
Credential ID:
[Insert your unique MII Credential ID – found on cert & individual report]
Credential URL:
https://mii.ie/mii-national-marketing-professional-services/
Media:
+Add Media then Add a Document [attach your certificate]
Enter “Title” same as “Name” used above.
Click Save.
Step 3: Share Your Achievement with Your Network
You did it – now it’s time to share it with your network and let people know!
- Click “Start a post” on LinkedIn
- Upload your certificate image
- Add a short caption (see suggested template below)
- Tag the Marketing Institute Ireland
- Click Post
