This course will give you all the knowledge you need to make sense of your GA4 data and generate insightful reports with confidence.

This one-day course introduces how Google Analytics 4 works and explores the key reporting disciplines and techniques available within the platform. It’s perfect if you have little to no experience using GA4, or if you want to brush up on your knowledge. You will get to apply this knowledge in your context, getting taught by expert trainers who are Google-certified. 

 

What will you learn?

During the course, we’ll take you through the theoretical aspects of the platform, including how data is collected and structured, including upcoming changes per the Digital Markets Act 2024. We’ll then review the key pre-configured reports, rounding off with a dive into Explore – GA4’s exciting custom reporting tool. By the end of the course, you’ll have the knowledge to immediately start taking advantage of the platform to generate meaningful reports and analyses.

 

By the end of the course, learners can:

  • Understand the basic building blocks of analytics data and the capabilities of GA4
  • Learn the key dimensions and metrics available in the platform and what data they contain
  • Derive actionable insights about your users, marketing, and user experience
  • Dig even deeper into your data by building custom reports in Explore

 

Although this course focuses on the reporting features of GA4, we also offer a Google Analytics 4: Implementation & Configuration course that provides an in-depth exploration of the set-up and the implementation process, on the 29th of May.
